Advice can be provided where there is either a dispute or clarification needed regarding boundaries. One or other party may be under a mistaken impression that we can explain and clarify. Defining a boundary in an informal way and discussing with both parties can resolve issues that might otherwise escalate into a full acrimonious dispute involving expensive legal fees.
